Florida East Coast Beachfront Time Share & Vacation Rentals

Sea Club IV is a 40-unit property that is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with all accommodations enjoying an ocean view. Units range from 450 sq.ft. studios to 1,025 sq.ft. one and two bedrooms.  As the property had been neglected, a full renovation was required for the interiors, public space and facade.  This was a project of the Richard Russell Design owners in conjunction with two other entities.  Each of the units were sold as time shares and used as vacation rentals and managed by the developers.  The property continues to thrive and is featured on VRBO, Trip Advisor, Yelp, Hotels.com and Expedia.
