While Dick has a background in hotel operations as well as project coordination for major Marriott renovations such as the Essex House in NYC and several others, the RRD team maintains a relationship with a renowned designer who is creating exciting interiors for hotels, including guest rooms and public spaces. The designer also owned four trade showrooms which Dick managed and where the two worked together for 14 years.
