Mid-Century 1959 Meiselman in Palm SpringsThis project was a total rehab which required removal of many added elements that detracted from the original integrity of the Mid-Century architecture. The entrance courtyard was totally re imagined with a 15’ long reflecting pool and an architectural detailed canopy. An acrylic divider screen was designed and installed in the over sized inside foyer to create a place for sculpture as well as a semi-private dining space. Renovated bathrooms, kitchen and slate floors were installed. A newly refurbished pool and a built-in concrete sitting area were added which complements the shape of the pool.
